2021 German FIM Speedway GP Canceled due to the Pandemic

Because of the continuing effects of Covid-19 in Germany, FIM, BSI, DMSB and local venues have decided to cancel the 2021 German FIM Grand Prix, which will take place on May 22, 2021 at the Bergring Arena

The health and safety of our drivers, employees and fans must be taken into consideration when making this decision.

"Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were upset that we had to cancel the SGP in Germany, which prevented us from hosting this event as we hoped. However, we continue to aim to host eleven events in our 2021 season, Senior vice president of Motorsport events at IMG Paul Bellamy said.

"We will announce more events and dates in the coming days, and thank our fans for their patience as we pass these unpredictable moments."
